When I received bluetooth, I charged it for a whole day and it didn't work. I've struggled with Bluetooths, with the sound being bad and not being comfortable. I decided to just send it back and use the wire headset with my phone. I was bummed out.

I bought the H730 and hated it. But I knew from prior experience that the older models were good. So I took a chance with the H721 and I absolutely love it. It even looks better than the picture (not as shiny).
Batter life is great!
It has a MiniUSB charger (so I can use my cell phone car charger to charge my bluetooth)
Voice quality is amazing. Highly recommend this product!

I use Bluetooth headsets all the time, and have constantly moved between different brands trying to find the perfect one - and I think this is it. Here are the major plus points:

- The reception is crystal clear, and the people I call have never complained about any noise problems. This is singly the biggest issues, since I've had trouble with call clarity with most other headsets.
- The flip design is much more comfortable than the 'plug-in-the-ear' style, and it's easier to switch off than having to push a tiny power button into your ear.
- The talk time is great - in some cases, I've gone for several days without charging and it still has battery.
- It works within a greater range than others I've tried - I can move up to ~30ft away from my phone without any static.

My only gripe is that the charger isn't a regular USB connection - I wish manufacturers would standardize on USB, since I literally have a box of ever-so-slightly-different chargers I have to carry around.
